My stay at Bamboo Sapa Hotel was fantastic. The hotel lobby was impressive and the rooms were spacious and well-appointed. The highlight of my stay was the breathtaking view of the mountains and fields from my window. The breakfast provided was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. The staff, especially Susan, was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a great experience.

Located near several restaurants, this hotel offers a prime spot for tourists who want to be right in the center of everything. The rooms are clean and comfortable, featuring stunning mountain views. The bathroom is modern and well-maintained. Service is polite and professional. The breakfast is good, with various tasty food options. The hotel also impresses with its nice outdoor pool and easy access to rail station for Fansipan.
Some guests experience slow check-in and check-out procedures.

We booked a Superior room. The hotel is located in busy street, but we got a quiet room at the backside with a nice view on the valley. Breakfast buffet with sufficient choice. With some negotiation we could avoid a 3% extra charge for Visa payment.

We recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and had an incredibly comfortable and enjoyable experience. The staff here were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with stunning views of the surrounding valley and mountains. We were also pleased to find that the hotel provided a heater in our room, which was very much appreciated during the cold weather. Additionally, the hotel's location is conveniently near the center of town, making it easy for us to explore the local area and visit nearby attractions.
We highly recommend this hotel to our friends due to its enhanced comfort, quality services, and convenient location.

Good hotel with nice views from the room of the mountains. It is a very correct hotel of 3*. Recommended.

It is not worth to book a higher level room. When we arrived to the hotel at 8:00, the staff offered us an upgrade with immediate check- in (usd 30), an early check-in for a fee (usd 25) or we had to wait until 14:00. The check-in time was not in line with our booking confirmation (12:00). The atmosphere and service was very cold. Breakfast offer was poor.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The view of the mountains from the balcony was amazing, especially when I woke up. The hotel facilities were clean and new, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Additionally, the location was very close to everything, including the center of the city, the Sapa square, and many restaurants.
Everything great.

The place was totally clean and seemed very new. The on demand breakfast items (omelette, Vietnamese soup) were good, and there was quite a large selection at breakfast.
The bed was hard (like most places in Vietnam), and the breakfast buffet hot items seemed a bit old even as soon as the restaurant opened. The fitness room stated in the description does not exist.

The hotel has great views of the mountains and the infinity pool is a nice place for pictures. The staff are helpful and professional, and the location is central and close to restaurants.
The room had an uncomfortable odor coming from the bathroom, and check-in and check-out was somewhat haphazard. The hotel is located in an unpaved and noisy area due to construction, and the room was not as nice as the pictures made it seem. the hotel did not live up to its 4-star rating.

A really great comfortable little hotel, no lift as is the case with lots of small hotels but the front desk were only too pleased to assist with luggage. They do say that they will be installing a lift which would be great for older people. The hotel is not in the total middle of the town, its only a short walk to the shops but its location is ideally situated to afford peace and quiet and the view from the balcony is fabulous.

We had a room with a fabulous view
There's no elevator so if you're up on the top floor, it's quite some stairs. Also a pitty that you have to go outside the hotel to get to the dining room. Take care to have enough cash because the Credit card terminal often does not work
